    Q: Why should I buy the full version?

    A: Icy Christmas Screensaver is not free. A lot of time and effort have been invested in the development of the screensaver. The evaluation version of Icy Christmas Screensaver is available to you free of charge. You can try it for a limited number of times (30). If you'd like to continue using the screensaver after that, you will have to buy the full version.

    Q: Does the full version suggest there will be a need for an additional download?

    A: No. Once ordered, you will get a personal Unlock Code. The code will unlock the full version of the screensaver and remove the limitations of the evaluation version..

    Q: How can I order the full version?

    A: The fastest way is to use the online ordering form and pay with your credit card. You will receive your personal Unlock Code by email within the next 24 hours (normally 1-2 hours). The code will unlock the full version of the screensaver removing all the limitations of the evaluation copy.     Q: I don't have a credit card/I don't want to use it over the Internet. Can I still buy the full version?

    A: Yes, other ways are available too. You can order using a credit card over phone/fax, or you can order by mail (check), by bank/wire transfer, or by sending a money order.     Q: I would like to order by phone, but I don't see any phone numbers on your order form. What should I do?

    A: When you're on the order form page, select CREDIT CARD by PHONE as your ordering method. Once the page is reloaded, fill the appropriate fields of the order form and click Submit. You will be taken to a page with a list of toll free phone numbers and instructions specific to ordering by phone.

    Q: Do I need to buy new versions of the screensaver?

    A: No, you don't need to. Newer versions of this screensaver are available to you free of charge.

    Q: I'm working for a company and we would all like to use the screensaver. Are there site licenses available?

    Q: How can I uninstall the screensaver?
